- 6After each monthly subscription cycle, request withdrawal of available commission (30-day hold from payment date)
Commissions & withdrawals
You earn commission when a referred restaurant pays for a subscription (online or after admin verifies offline payment). Each commission is held for 30 days from the subscription payment date, then becomes available. Request withdrawal from your partner dashboard; admin or super admin processes the transfer to your bank account.
To withdraw: complete partner training, save Account Title, Account Number, IBAN, and Bank Name, and have available balance after the 30-day hold. You cannot withdraw before the hold period ends.
All partners must complete Dinex partner training after onboarding before commission withdrawals are enabled.
